Spring break MADD x DRAC 2025

The Maison des arts Desjardins Drummondville and DRAC - Art actuel Drummondville are pleased to offer a special day of multidisciplinary activities during spring break. Come and enjoy a multidisciplinary incursion exclusive to the MADD, combining visual arts, performing arts and circus - plus a representation of Département des retours.

Spring break is for children aged 5 to 12. The fee is $45 (taxes included) per participant, lunch not included.

• Stop motion animation on a digital tablet with DRAC mediators.
• Painting with acrylic on canvas with DRAC mediators.
• Visit to the exhibition Entrelacements : rencontres des regards at DRAC, accompanied by a DRAC mediator.
• A fun workshop on the history of the show the company theater The Kif-Kif Sisters
• Visit to MADD's main stage
• Département des retours circus show on the main stage
• Special meeting with Département des retours’ artists after the show

The activities will be held in French.

The day begins at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 4:30 p.m. Participants may arrive on the site as early as 8:15 a.m. No childcare service is provided outside these hours.

Participants will need to bring their lunch (preferably cold) as well as two snacks.

A few days before, participants will receive by e-mail a short survey to fill out with basic information for each child registered (name and age of participants, emergency contact, allergies or intolerance, special needs, etc.).
